About the Owner
Today, Laurie is a Certified Professional Organizer (CPO) and has completed her Level I and Level II certificates from the Institute of Challenging Disorganization (formerly NSGCD). She is currently working on her Level III certification. Using her twenty years of experience working with children, Laurie has developed and written two organizational manuals for children entitled “Simplicity Kids” and “Transitions for Teens”. In 2007, Laurie established, Simplify, her own organizational supply company. Simplify offers top of the line, essential, durable, and functional organizational products. Laurie earned a B.A. in Child Development and K-6 licensure from Meredith College. She is a board member of the Joe Martin ALS Foundation and actively supports the Relatives and the Dove’s Nest. Laurie also holds three Level II Certificates from the Institute for Challenging Disorganization in Chronic Disorganization, AD/HD and Hoarding.Laurie enjoys living in the Queen City with her husband, David, and their three dogs.
