Simplicity KidsOrder – Calm – SuccessIs your child
We are here to help your child clear the clutter, chaos and anxiety from their daily schedule, their book bag, or their room and instill in them renewed confidence and tools for success. Let us empower your child. Organizing for Children with Simplicity Kids Simplicity Kids is an organizational program designed to empower children. By creating orderly living in home and school environments, children will gain essential skills that will last a lifetime. Our methodology is grounded in the gradual release model of responsibility, which includes guided instruction, collaborative learning, and independent learning. This model not only enables the child to discover order in the present, but also helps them retain and reapply these skills in multiple areas of their life. By working one-on-one with a Simplicity Coach, children will acquire both organizational and time management skills. Children will identify their strengths and weaknesses and preferred learning style through a variety of games and activities. Our goal – to provide children with the tools they need to create authentic and enduring systems and spaces that reduce anxiety, increase confidence, and generate success. The program includes:

Organizing is a skill that can be taught, but it takes time and patience. With heavier workloads, advancements in technology, extracurricular demands, overloaded schedules, and intense social pressure, it is crucial for children to learn how to balance their time and prioritize their schedules. My passion is working one-on-one with children to teach, guide, and equip them with the essential organizational skills to succeed in life. I look forward to celebrating each child’s strengths, identifying each child’s interests, and utilizing each child’s learning style to teach him/her organizational life skills. Experience:

What's New!
CALLING ALL GARDENERS!!! WE NEED YOUR OLD SHOVELS!!
Urban Ministry Center is planning to "recycle" old shovels for a great purpose: their groundbreaking for Moore Place on August 13, 2010. Artists will be painting the shovels and giving them new life as donors at the ceremony will help turn over the dirt on the new, two-acre housing complex for formerly homeless. Drop off your shovels between July 18 and August 1 (we don't care how rusty!) at Kathy Izard's house, 2028 Sherwood Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28207. Leave the shovels by the garage door if no one is home. And . . . if you are an artist who wants to help paint, email Kathy at: kizard@carolina.rr.com.
In support of this worthy cause, Simplicity will pick up shovels in the Myers Park, Eastover, and surrounding areas. If you have shovels and cannot drop them off, please contact Robin at robin@simplicity-organizers.com to arrange for pick-up of your donation.
